Service 13 and 412 to now continue for 2 years

The service 412 Wetherby/Tockwith/Rufforth to York and the 13 on a Saturday will both now continue for at least a further 2 years from the end of March 2023. City of York Council will continue to fund the services for this period of time (and North Yorkshire in the case of the 412). Timetables are unaltered from the current ones
